- The page address and the product or layout discussed.
- The market, model, size, SKU or article number, arm style and relevant accessories.
- The dimension, unit and measurement reference points.
- The desk and chair settings, where relevant.
- The value or statement you believe needs to change, and why.
Report a website or checker problem
Include the page address, your browser or device, and the steps that led to the issue. For a checker calculation, include the measurements and units entered, the chair setting, and the result you expected.
Do not send passwords, payment details or your home address. If you attach a screenshot, hide unrelated personal information. The measuring guide explains the reference points used by the checker.
